If you are in the US and prefer to not participate in the wine tasting, please make sure to select the appropriate registration type.
Please note that we are unable to ship alcohol or tea outside the United States (with the exception that tea is permitted to be shipped to Canada). However, we will provide a shopping list so you can purchase your own wines and teas to enjoy during the tastings—or simply join us with your favorite beverage of choice! We’ll be sending the shopping list via email one month before the event, so you’ll have plenty of time to prepare.
For Canadian and International Attendees: The below pricing includes the additional cost of shipping the yarn, book, tea, and painting supplies to Canada or Internationally. This rate has been calculated after deducting the cost of the wine kit and/or tea kit.
Payment Plan: If you’re interested in setting up a payment schedule, just let us know — we’re happy to work with you on an option that fits your needs. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing via email by August 15, 2025 to receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable $100 deposit. Please note: The $100 deposit is strictly a registration fee and does not entitle the registrant to any event materials. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 15, 2025. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be submitted by August 30, 2025. Additional shipping fees will apply if the substitute is located outside the U.S. and the original registration was U.S.-based.
