Session Rules
You will be able to view all your virtual sessions and activities in your personalized schedule via the Event Hub, which will be accessible one week before the event. A direct link will be emailed to you, and you can also access the Event Hub from the top of our website.
Please plan to enter your sessions 30 minutes prior to the start time to resolve any potential technical issues. You’ll also receive an email reminder 30 minutes before each of your sessions. Punctuality is appreciated, and we allow late entry up to 30 minutes after the class start time.
Recording Policy
Recording or distributing any sessions, handouts, or class materials is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of your registration and removal from the event.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants and staff.
Participants who engage in inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will be removed from the event and may be permanently banned from future Vogue Knitting events.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior
Intimidating language or actions
Discrimination or harassment of any kind toward instructors, attendees, panelists, or staff
Failure to follow the directions of Virtual Knitting LIVE staff
All participants assume any and all risks associated with the event and release Vogue Knitting and its affiliates from any related claims occurring before, during, or after the event.
Session Guidelines
Help us ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone:
Set your phone to vibrate or silent mode
Update your Zoom display name and include your preferred pronouns
Mute yourself when not speaking, especially if there's background noise
Use the chat or "Raise Hand" feature for questions and comments
Stay focused on class content and maintain a positive tone
Disruptive participants will receive a private warning; if the behavior continues, they may be muted or removed from the class (and the event)
We welcome your feedback! Please complete the post-event survey—we value your insights and read every response.
