Tea Tasting Experience: Shipped directly to you!

Wine tasing is unavailable for Candian and International attendees. If you are in the US and prefer to not participate in the wine tasting, please make sure to select the appropriate registration type.

All cancellations must be received in writing via email by August 15, 2025 to receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable $100 deposit (which covers the cost of yarn supplies). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 15, 2025. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be submitted by August 30, 2025. Additional shipping fees will apply if the substitute is located outside the U.S. and the original registration was U.S.-based.

*Please note that we are unable to ship alcohol or tea outside the United States (with the exception that tea is permitted to be shipped to Canada). However, we will provide a shopping list so you can purchase your own wines and teas to enjoy during the tastings—or simply join us with your favorite beverage of choice! We’ll be sending the shopping list via email one month before the event, so you’ll have plenty of time to prepare.

For Canadian Attendees: The total registration cost will be $620 EB/$690 RP which covers the cost of shipping the yarn, book, tea, and painting supplies to Canada. This rate has been calculated after deducting the cost of the wine kit.

For International Attendees: The total registration cost will be $612 EB/$687 RP which cover the cost of shipping the yarn, book, and painting supplies internationally. This rate has been calculated after deducting the cost of the wine and tea kit.
