All cancellations must be received by August 1, 2017 for a full refund, except $500 non returnable deposit. All cancellations must be received in writing via fax, post, or e-mail. No refunds for cancellations will be issued after August 1, 2017. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute in your place at no extra charge. Substitution requests must be received before August 1, 2017
