💛 Scholarship Opportunities
We want Joji & Friends to be accessible to knitters who would love to join but are facing financial barriers. A limited number of scholarship spots are available, and recipients remain anonymous.

Scholarship access includes the full virtual retreat, but does not include the retreat goodies. Recipients will be notified by July 30, 2026 and may attend at the rate they select on the application. Click here to apply.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing via email by August 3, 2026, will receive a full refund.

Cancellations received between August 4, 2026 and September 15, 2026 will receive a refund minus a non-refundable $250 materials deposit, as orders will have already been placed by this point.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 15, 2026.

If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. Substitution requests, along with any new shipping address for the substitute, must be submitted by September 1, 2026, so that retreat goodies can be shipped to the correct address. If a substitution request is submitted after retreat goodies have already shipped, it is the original registrant's responsibility to forward the goodies to their substitute. Additional shipping fees may apply if materials need to be shipped to a different location.
