Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via email by August 5, 2026, to receive a refund minus a non-refundable $100 materials deposit. The deposit covers the cost of supplies and materials purchased for the event.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 5, 2026.

If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be submitted by September 15, 2026. Additional shipping fees may apply if materials need to be shipped to a different location.
