All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail. Cancellations received on or before July 10, 2020, will be issued a credit to a future Knitting LIVE! event. After July 10, no credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. After July 10, If you do not plan to attend, please let Knitting LIVE! know, so your spot can be available to other attendees. If you cannot attend, a substitute may attend in your place at no extra charge. Substitution requests must be received before July 10. Knitting LIVE! will not issue refunds for credentials that have been revoked. If you miss a class due to technical issues, you will be issued a class credit.
