All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail or the chat bot. Cancellations received on or before December 1, 2026, will be issued a refund. After December 1, 2026, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows but a full credit will be applied to a future Knitting LIVE Event!. Please contact Knitting LIVE! by Vogue Knitting at via the chat bot, 985-240-5511, or questions@american-tradeshow.com. Should you test positive for COVID within 10 days of the event, proof of a positive PCR test must be submitted for a refund.

If you cancel your registration prior to December 1, 2026, or if you cancel your registration due to a confirmed positive COVID case within 10 days of the event, or if Vogue Knitting cancels the event, Vogue Knitting is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the attendee including but not limited to travel, lodging or meals.
