Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Up to one week before the event: Cancellations received on or before Friday, February 28, 2026 will receive a full refund of the registration fee. After Friday, February 28, 2026: Cancellations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute attendee at no additional charge. Substitution requests must be received before Friday, March 6, 2026. After this date, substitutions cannot be accepted. After Friday, March 6, 2026: No refunds or substitutions will be granted for cancellations or no-shows. If you miss a class due to verified technical issues, you will receive access to a recording of the session when available.
