Knitting LIVE! New York 2027 Vendor Registration

Pricing of booths do not include Wi-Fi or Electricity. These will be separate additions that will need to be settled with the hotel directly. More information and order forms will be sent closer to the event.

10'x10' booth: Booths inside the main exhibit halls on the 5th and 6th floors

The following equipment and services are included in the cost of the 10'x10' booth: 8' high back drape and 8' high side drape (pipe & drape), (1) booth ID sign (no logo, just text), (1) waste basket, furniture not included

10'x5' booth: There are some 10x5 booths located in the 5th floor exhibit hall on the side wall, these are very limited.

Cancellation Policy – Knitting LIVE! by Vogue Knitting (NYC 2027, January 14–17, 2027)

All exhibitor cancellations must be submitted in writing. Exhibit space canceled 90 days (October 15, 2026) or more prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. Exhibit space canceled fewer than 90 days prior (October 16, 2026) - January 14, 2027) to the event is non-refundable, and the exhibitor remains responsible for 100% of the total booth fee. Any exhibitor who fails to occupy their booth space for any reason will be considered a cancellation and will not receive a refund or credit. Inability to attend or staff a booth due to weather events (including snowstorms), flight cancellations, travel disruptions, illness, shipping delays, personal emergencies, or any other circumstance beyond the exhibitor’s control does not qualify for a refund or credit. The event will proceed as scheduled unless officially canceled by Knitting LIVE! by Vogue Knitting. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled in its entirety by the organizer, in which case exhibitors will be offered either a full refund of booth fees paid or the option to apply payments toward a future event. The organizer’s liability is limited solely to the return of booth fees paid, and no reimbursement will be made for travel, lodging, shipping, or other related expenses. Knitting LIVE! by Vogue Knitting reserves the right to resell or reassign canceled booth space at its sole discretion without rebate or credit to the canceling exhibitor.

Please note that exhibit spaces are in high demand, thanks to our dedicated returning vendors. Booth locations will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. The $100 priority choice add-on can help you secure your ideal booth location. Priority consideration will be given to those who select this add-on on a first come, first serve basis.

Deposit Deadline: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% must be submitted at date of signup. Deposit will be refunded if for some reason the show is cancelled.
The balance is due by October 1, 2026. A late fee of $100 will be applied to any payments made after this date.

Upon acceptance, vendors will have until the deadline to submit a deposit or full payment or they forfeit their opportunity to exhibit at the show.

Show Special prices must be paid in full prior to March 1, 2026 to ensure the lowest rate.

If you are in international vendor, you must check all laws and procedures before registering to ensure you are able to sell within the United States. This is the responsibility of the vendor.

We are requiring one raffle item to be submitted to drive business to your booth. Your item, complete with its description and suggested retail price, will be prominently displayed on a raffle sign. This presents an exceptional opportunity to spotlight, a new product or showcase a best selling item to attendees. Vendors can submit up to two additional raffle gifts for a total of three (one for each day of the event). Winners will be directed to your booth to pick up the prize; we will also give you the winner's information.
We also offer a $100 priority choice add-on to help you secure your ideal booth location. Priority consideration will be given to those who select this add-on on a first come, first served basis as well.

Applications are open to all who are interested in vending at Knitting LIVE!, no matter their age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, religion, socioeconomic status, or political beliefs.

Load-In & Set-Up
Vendors on the 5th floor can begin moving in at 1pm on Thursday, January 14
Vendors on the 6th floor will begin moving in at 7am on Friday, January 15

Marketplace Hours: (Subject to change)
Friday, January 15: 5:00 pm–8:00 pm
Saturday, January 16: 10:00 am–6:30 pm
Sunday, January 17 : 10:00 am–2:15 pm

**Early Marketplace Access will be determined soon. We will be requiring vendors and attendees to wear masks for most likely one hour per day.
