All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail, post, or fax. Cancellations received on or before September 20, 2019, will be issued a refund minus a $100 processing fee.** After September 20, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute in your place at no extra charge. Substitution requests must be received before October 4.
