PLEASE NOTE: *Registration does not includes airfare, alcohol OR any of the activities listed below. During registration, you will be able to add on these additional activities. We ask that you choose the activities now that you would like to participate in, as we need a head count. If you change your mind and want to choose another activity as we get closer to the retreat, we can change your registration and refund you. 
 

Best Airports: We recommend flying into Redmond Airport (45 minute drive).

Included shuttle service to and from Sunriver Resort operates from Redmond Airport (RDM) on Saturday, September 21 (11AM-4PM PT) and Tuesday, September 24 (11AM-4PM PT). 

Check-out is at 11AM PT on Tuesday. RDM is a 45-minute drive from the resort. 

Please book your flights to and from RDM within these time frames to use this shuttle service, considering Pacific Time (PT) while booking. 

We'll request your flight details closer to the event for shuttle coordination. For flights outside these times, we recommend arranging alternative transportation due to limited connectivity in the area.

All cancellations must be received by July 1, 2024 for a full refund, except $500 non returnable deposit. All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail, No refunds for cancellations will be issued after July 1, 2024. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute in your place at no extra charge. Substitution requests must be  received before July 15, 2024. 
PICKLEBALL: The pickleball clinics explore the regulations and provide practical instruction on different pickleball techniques, leading to actual gameplay. An instructor will be provided with ample hands-on experience and individual attention are guaranteed.
Need a minimum of 4 people to sign up for this activity. $100 per person includes two hours of court usage, along with paddles and balls
 
*If you prefer to just play pickleball and not receive instruction, there will be a minimum of 4 people to sign up and costs $20 per person per hour. Includes paddles and balls
KAYAK or FLOATING DOWN THE DESCHUTES RIVER: This a very gentle, relaxed and EASY float and is fun for groups of all ages.  6 miles and no rapids. This will be a guided an hour and a half tour - you will have the option of taking out a kayak or a float. Take in all the gorgeous scenery the Deschutes River has to offer!
$80 per person for the 1.5 hours. This will include pickup and return to the main lodge. 
GOLFING at the MEADOWS: 

Meadows is acclaimed architect John Fought's latest creation. The course features tremendous variety within its 18 holes, seven of which border the meandering Sun River. Named one of the Top 10 Destinations for Family Golf by Golf Digest, January 2016. Ranked #15 in Golf Advisor's Golfers' Choice Award: Best of Oregon Golf Courses 2019.

9 holes: $110, golf cart provided, access to range included
18 holes: $175, golf cart provided, access to range included
Clubs Rental: $50 - please bring your own golf shoes, balls and glove or available to purchase in the pro shop.
*Tee off time would be 12:30PM. If you chose to play golf, a boxed lunch will be provided. The Meadows Course is located right behind the Lodge, so you can straight walk straight out to the clubhouse from the hotel. 
HORSEBACK RIDING:
Saddle up with Sunriver Stables for a scenic excursion along the Deschutes River and through the Deschutes National Forest. Explore meadows and forests with our Lodgepole Loop ride! Named for the beautiful lodgepole pines that call Sunriver home, this trail starts by following the bike path toward one of our stunning meadows. Look for wildflowers and wildlife as you make your way around the meadow and into the woods by the Deschutes River. While you’re there, enjoy some shade from the pines and gorgeous views of the river.

DURATION: 15 minutes in corral, 30 minutes on trail
SUN EXPOSURE: Mostly open meadow, sections of shade/partial shade. $95 Per Person for the 45 minutes (there are longer rides available, if interested please inquire).

WINE TASTING
2:00PM: Be picked up at Sunriver Resort to begin our journey of three amazing hand-crafted “pour producers” which have engendered Bend’s fame for tasty niche libations! We’ll take you behind the scenes of the normal tasting room experience to witness fermentation and distillation magic. From mash tun to still to waxing a bottle top you will get an insider's look at some of Bend’s outstanding pour houses - all the while enjoying complimentary samples. Throughout the tour your professional guide will dazzle you with the highlights of beautiful Bend, Oregon delving into the natural and cultural history of the area.
6:30 At tour’s end we’ll deliver you back to your hotel safe and happy.

We need a minimum of 10 people to do this wine tasting. If not enough people sign up, we will reimburse you and you can pick another activity. 
Cost: $165 per person, includes: Transportation, guide, “pour house” tours, tasting samples, gratuity and appetizers at one location

WALKING TOUR

2:00 Depart Sunriver Resort to start our Bend City walking tour! The story of historical Bend begins along the life-giving source of the Deschutes River. At Farewell Bend ranch our journey on foot will begin, taking in the natural and cultural history of this super cool city. We’ll cover the indigenous people to the thriving city we are today knowing you’ll end our trip with a smile and appreciation for Bend, OR! (The distance walked can be anywhere from 1-3 miles along even paths through town and along the river.)
5:00 Return to your hotel

We need a minimum of 10 people to do this walking tour. If not enough people sign up, we will reimburse you and you can pick another activity. Cost: $125 per person, includes: Transportation, guide, gratuity
