Class Details:

This is a class for learning how to improve necklines on top-down sweaters. If you feel like you have mastered working the technique but still want to change that cool sweater to a V-neck, this is the class. We will work with samples to understand 3 different types of necklines we can apply in our knits.

Homework:

Two swatches of 40 stitches and 2 rows in stockinette.
One swatch with 50 stitches in the round and 3 rows in 1x1 rib.
Leave all swatches with yarn attached to work the techniques in class.

Supplies for Class:

• 16" (40 cm) circular knitting needle US size 10 (6 mm)
• One skein worsted-weight yarn (100 g/4 oz)
• 4 stitch markers
• 3 stitch holders or waste yarn
