Andrea Lui is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy, a certified personal trainer, and a self-described avid knitter. As a physical therapist, she is passionate about patient education and empowering her patients to expand their knowledge of their bodies and help themselves. She began noticing there were very little resources available to knitters, crocheters, and crafters alike on how to take care of their bodies. This inspired her to put out short videos/reels with information on stretches, strengthening exercises, and tips on how to care for your body.
