Aches and pains while knitting? Feeling sore after all your crafting time? Having difficulty holding your yarn and needles pain-free but not sure what to do? Come join us for a lecture on knitting and ergonomics with Andrea Lui. The lecture will begin with an overview on correct and optimal ergonomics for crafting, and common posture pitfalls to avoid. We will also review simple stretches and exercises to keep your muscles and joints healthy and happy.
