Class Details:
Do you have a classic fisherman sweater or another Aran knit languishing in your closet unworn? Maybe it’s in need of an update! Learn to embellish cables, honeycomb stitch and more using embroidery stitches and accent yarns. In this experimental class you’ll learn about the best tools, materials and techniques to breathe new life into that classic knit.

Supplies for Class:
• Bring an Aran sweater (swatch or accessory) that has any stitch combination of cables, honeycomb diamond, trellis, reverse stockinette, etc. (Search secondhand shops, Poshmark or Thred Up if you don’t own one.)
• Contrast yarn in similar weight to the garment/accessory
• Blunt-tip tapestry needle (i.e.: size 18)
• Scissors or snips
