Cables, Knitting, Tips & Techniques
Class Details:

You’ve done many cables before and want to get into more complex cable patterns. Maybe you want to design your own cables. In this class you’ll learn how cable patterns are actually formed, what are the basic traits and characteristics and manipulations. When you get a better understanding of how cable patterns work, not only can you follow the directions a whole lot better, but fewer mistakes are made. You may even look at a cable pattern and figure out how to work it even without directions!

Technique Requirements: Must be comfortable reading knitting symbols or reading stitch charts. Must have worked several cables before.

Supplies for Class:

Square graph paper with 4 boxes per inch, different colored pencils and eraser. Optional: smooth, light-colored worsted-weight yarn that is not splitty and appropriate needles, cable needle.
