This class is in a one-hour lecture format. There will be time for Q&A at the end but no hands-on attention.

In this lecture, Francoise goes into depth on how she transforms her stories of reconnecting to her Māori cultural heritage into stitches that knitters from around the world can enjoy. She will touch upon the common forms of art found in Māori culture and the process she goes through of translating them into stitches, plus talk about the meaning and significance of common motifs.
