All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail. Cancellations received on or before Friday, November 14, 2025, will be issued a credit to a future Knitting LIVE! event. After Friday, November 14, 2025, no credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. If you cannot attend, a substitute may attend in your place at no extra charge. Substitution requests must be received before Friday, November 14, 2025*. After Friday, November 14, 2025, if you do not plan to attend, please let Knitting LIVE! know, so your spot can be available to other attendees. Knitting LIVE! will not issue refunds for credentials that have been revoked. If you miss a class due to technical issues, you will be issued a class credit. 

Coupon codes will be sent out four to six weeks after the event and are for use on the vogueknitting.com store only for purchase of books, current and back issues of magazines, and patterns. This coupon is not good for Vogue Knitting subscriptions or Knitting LIVE! purchases. Coupon codes are not valid during vogueknitting.com store sales. Shipping is not included in the coupon value, and the purchaser will be responsible for shipping.
