Computer Help

Your classes, lectures, Virtual Vendor shops, and Marketplace Extras are all accessed through your Event Hub. You will receive an email on how to access your Event Hub by April 15.

From the Event Hub you can connect to your live classes via Zoom. Individual Zoom links will not be emailed you, you'll need to access all sessions in the Event Hub. You will need a computer, smartphone, or tablet and a solid internet connection.

For smartphones and tablets, the Zoom app is available in the app store of your choice and tech specifications can be found here. For desktop computer specifications, click here; you may need to download the app prior to your first class. Make sure you download or update the most up to date version of Zoom prior to your first class. We suggest testing your device with Zoom prior to your first class by clicking the button below.

If you have previously downloaded the Zoom app, please update to make sure you have the most up-to-date version. This will help you avoid any tech issues, and there are features in the new version that you will not be able to see if you do not update. As of today the most recent update is version 5.15.5. Please click here for information on how to update.

We also suggest having a strong internet connection so the video does not buffer. Zoom suggest you have at least two MPBS upload and download speed from your internet service provider. Test your internet speed in the app below.

If you are using an iPad and having issues scrolling on our website please make sure the scrolling option on your iPad in settings is turned on. Another option is to hold two fingers on the section you'd like to view and move them up and down to scroll.
