Class Details:

This class is in a one-hour lecture format. There will be time for Q&A at the end but no hands-on attention.

Come listen to the stories of a city kid turned real life shepherdess. Jeri will share her personal trials, tribulations, joys, and privileges of raising rare breed British Longwool sheep including North American Wensleydale and Leicester Longwools, along with her primitive Shetland Sheep. Learn how she wandered down this road, how she began this venture without having a farm of her own, and where she is now. Learn about the “village” of shepherdesses who mentor new sheep owners and help them tend to their flock. Questions and comments are encouraged and welcomed.
