-Appromixately 220 yds of worsted-weight yarn (The sample is made with 2 balls of Noro Kureyon. You can use any color you want, but a gradient or color changing yarn makes the crochet motif stand out.) -Size H/8 (5mm) crochet hook -Tapestry needle, removable stitch marker
