New York 2024 Vendor Information

Knitting LIVE! is back—we are thrilled to finally be back in-person! The premier knitting, crochet and fiber arts show, in New York January 25–28, 2024, will be back at the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square. We have an exciting show planned and continue to get a ton of interest from our attendees to come back for in-person events.

When registering, all vendor booths are first come, first served with priority given to previous New York and Launch Pad vendors. We want to make sure to build on and bring forth the DEI work we have been doing, and we will be reserving 30% of spots for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ vendors.

Applications are open to all who are interested in vending at Knitting LIVE!, no matter their age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, religion, socioeconomic status, or political beliefs.

Marketplace Schedule:
Load-In & Set-Up
Vendors on the 5th floor can begin moving in at 1pm on Thursday, January 25
Vendors on the 6th floor will begin moving in at 7am on Friday, January 26

Marketplace Hours: (Subject to change)
Friday, January 26: 5:00 pm–8:00 pm
Saturday, January 27: 10:00 am–6:30 pm
Sunday, January 28 : 10:00 am–2:15 pm

**Early Marketplace Access is available an hour before opening daily for those attendees with disabilities who indicate a need for additional time when they register for the event.

Booth Rental Information - REGISTER NOW, EARLY BIRD THROUGH AUGUST 25th!

Booths inside the main exhibit halls on the 5th and 6th floors: 
10'x10' booth.......................................$1,750 ($1575 Early Bird, Through August 25th!)
10'x10' corner booth: Additional...........$450 ($405 Early Bird, Through August 25th!) 

 

The following equipment and services are included in the cost of the 10'x10' booth:
8' high back drape and 8' high side drape (pipe & drape)

(1) booth ID sign 

(1) waste basket

Furniture not included 

Booths in the pre-function space (foyer area before entering the main exhibit halls on the 5th or 6th floors)

10'x8' booth..........................................$1,350 ($1215 Early Bird, Through August 25th!) 
10'x8' corner booth: Additional.............$400 ($365 Early Bird, Through August 25th!) 

The following equipment and services are included in the cost of the 10'x8' booths:
3' high back drape and 3' high side drape (pipe & drape)

No grid wall or shelving units can be over the 3ft height, on side or back walls!

Furniture not included 

There are some 10x5 booths located in the 6th floor exhibit hall on the side wall, these are very limited

10'x5' corner booth: Additional.............$200 ($180 Early Bird, Through August 25th!)

Vendor Registration Deadlines

Payment reserves a space, not a specific booth. Payment reserves a space, not a specific booth.

Early Bird: Register and pay for your booth space by August 25, 2023 and receive 10% discount on your booth cost. 
Deposit Deadline: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% must be submitted at date of signup. Deposit will be refunded if for some reason show the is cancelled.
The balance is due by October 1, 2023. A late fee of $100 will be applied to any payments made after this date.

Upon acceptance, vendors will have until the deadline to submit a deposit or full payment or they forfeit their opportunity to exhibit at the show.

Please Note: Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a loyalty point system. One loyalty point is awarded to a vendor for each NY Knitting LIVE event at which they are a contracted vendor. Vendors with the highest loyalty points will be given first consideration for booth assignment(s). We may not be able to assign the vendor their preferred space, in which case Knitting LIVE will assign the next best space available. Knitting LIVE reserves the right to alter the location(s) of booth(s) based on the general appearance and overall planning of Knitting LIVE.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Exhibit space canceled 60 days or more prior to the show is subject to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the deposit. Exhibit space canceled fewer than 60 days prior to the show will not be issued a refund. Vogue Knitting LIVE will have the right to use the canceled space to suit its convenience, including the sale of the booth to another exhibitor without any rebate to the canceled exhibitor. In the event that Knitting LIVE by Vogue Knitting is cancelled due to COVID or any other refunds, the option of a full refund will be given. 

Vaccination Policy

The safety and security of our attendees, vendors, teachers, staff, and volunteers are very important to us. For all events moving forward, we will align our masking and vaccine requirements with those of the State in which the event is taking place. Proof of vaccine will not be required to attend Vogue Knitting LIVE! 2024 in New York City
  
Masking
Based on current guidelines from New York City, Knitting LIVE! we will not require masking, but recommend masks in crowded areas. Complimentary masks will be available on site as well as hand sanitizer stations, and our cleaning crews will do frequent cleanings in high-touch areas.  

This is our COVID policy as of now; it will be updated based on any masking or vaccine requirement changes from city, state, or federal authorities.
