Ever considered incorporating some beads or even sequins into a sweater? In this class we will explore ideas to make a unique sweater with your own twist! Participants will be taught how to work bead knitting and (if you like the idea) how to add sequins as well. Participants will receive a few charts with beading ideas (for circular yoke, for cabled fabric, cuffs, etc).
Technique Requirements: knit/purl, cast on/bind off, increase/decrease, working in the round, chart reading
Knit the beginning of the chart, then we will knit and bead in the class. The handout will be emailed to you prior to the event.
