Class Details:
The serpentine method in sequence knitting is a way to create beautiful, complex, often reversible, all-over textured fabrics by just repeating a single sequence. The workshop will cover how the serpentine method works and students will receive a collection of patterns. Technique Requirements: knit/purl; cast on/bind off; chart reading; have knit a few accessories; basic finishing techniques

• 1 ball of smooth, light colored yarn • Appropriately sized needles • Optional: students can bring other yarns they are interested in using for a sequence knitting project to discuss how to best use them.
