Class Details:
On Shetland every year the yarn company Jamieson & Smith present the Colorbox Challenge for participants of a local agricultural fair, our equivalent of a county fair. Prizes are given for animals, vegetables, and knitting too! For the Colorbox Challenge, Fair Isle knitters are given 8 colors of J&S yarn and challenged to design an item using at least 5 of the colors. In our class we shall do the same! In an intense “ready steady knit!” we’ll quickly design and knit a wristlet and then have a quick round-up and judge our results! Technique Requirements: Have experience with colorwork
