Class Details:
In this class we explore techniques that allow us to use color in new ways, giving us more confidence to bring new colors into our wardrobe! We will play with color melting, two-color brioche, and marling. We will discuss how to boldly choose color and to listen to our intuition. We will look at samples of colorplay to get inspiration for your own projects!
Technique Requirements: Cast on/bind off; increase/decrease; working in the round; beginner lace; have knit a few accessories; easy colorwork

Supplies to Bring:
An assortment of fingering-weight or DK yarns. (Think bits and bobs from your stash, colors you have always wanted to use but didn't know how, high and low contrast. Mohair, speckles and variegated yarns, maybe a single fun skein of sock yarn you bought but haven't figured out how to use! A fun grab bag to play with!) Appropriate size needles for knitting a swatch, circulars recommended. Size US 4/3.5 mm–US 6/4 mm depending on yarn weight. Pen or pencil for taking notes.
