Class Details:
Knit an adorable mini zoo animal using a variety of traditional and non-traditional toy-making techniques! Starting off with a basic body pattern, learn how to customize your design to make it uniquely yours! We'll be going over various toy-making techniques such as working in the round using the magic loop, attaching limbs with waste yarn openings, and easy embellishment tricks to make your toy look extra adorable! Choose between an elephant, giraffe, lion, or hippo and create your very own knitted pocket friend! Yarn, stuffing, and safety eyes are included in the class fee! Technique Requirements: Knit/purl; cast on/bind off; increase/decrease; working in the round; basic finishing techniques

Long circular or DPNs size 4 (3.5 mm) - circular are recommended to learn the magic loop technique. Straight needles, size 4 (3.5 mm). Steel tapestry needle. Scissors. Notebook and pen/pencil.
