This hat uses a special construction that will leave you totally amazed! We will make a mini version of my pattern Tensfield so you can make a real-sized one later on with ease. The pattern is included in the class price.

Homework:

Cast on 4 stitches.
Setup Row: kfb, knit 1, place marker (this is the “Top Marker”), m1, knit 2.
Continue with the Row.
Row: kfb, knit to marker, slip marker, m1, knit to end.
Repeat the Row until the long side of the triangle (the one without live stitches) fits around the doll’s head or your tennis ball slightly stretched.

Supplies for Class:

Approx 20 g of yarn, preferably DK or sport weight
Matching circular knitting needle, length 80 cm / 32 inches or more
One stitch marker
Tapestry needle
A tennis ball or other small ball or doll to fit the hat on
