The Classroom
You’ll be able to see all your registered classes, virtual vendor shops and Marketplace extras in your personal schedule Event Hub, a link to which will be emailed to you by October 6. You are also able to access the Event Hub on this website at the top of the page.
Please be sure to enter your classroom about 15 minutes prior to the start of class to work out any technical issues you may have prior to the start of clas. Please do not join any earlier than 15 minutes prior to class. You will receive reminders 30 minutes prior to the start of each of your classes.
We ask that you please be on time to class. You are permitted to enter the classroom up to 30 minutes after the class start time; if you arrive more than 30 minutes late you will be removed from the class.
Attendees are not permitted to record or distribute any live classes, lectures, vendor and sponsor live rooms, or Marketplace extras.
All attendees should abide by the Virtual Knitting LIVE! Code of Conduct; click here to review
If you do not follow the above rules, Vogue Knitting reserves the right to cancel your registration.

Code of Conduct

It is vital to us that Virtual Knitting LIVE! by Vogue Knitting is a safe place for all attendees. Virtual Knitting LIVE! by Vogue Knitting is a private event and people who mistreat or disrespect other people will be removed and not allowed for the duration of the event. Virtual Knitting LIVE! by Vogue Knitting reserves the right to permanently ban attendees and guests who do not comply with the code of conduct, including for future events put on by Virtual Knitting LIVE! by Vogue Knitting LLC. Please use good judgement and be respectful, as we’ll dislike throwing you out almost as much as you’ll dislike being thrown out.
Disorderly conduct includes (but isn’t limited to) any behavior that is illegal, unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory or causes excessive discomfort to our attendees or guests.
We ask that all attendees refrain from making comments along the following lines in live classes or virtual showrooms. Failure to do so may end with the cancellation of your registration.
Please refrain from:
  • offering political views, promoting partisan affiliations, or expressing opinions
  • offering content that may be taken out of context on topics including and not limited to profanity, slander, drug/alcohol use, personal or racial attacks, pictures or videos containing nudity, and/or personal information about other people without their permission
All Knitting LIVE! attendees and badge purchasers must adhere to the instructions of all Knitting LIVE! employees and agents, all security employees and agents, the staff of the hotel and any and all law enforcement personnel.
Alcohol, drugs, weapons, and items that can be mistaken as weapons are expressly prohibited. Backpacks and other similar containers are subject to search and may be prohibited. Unlawful sale or attempted sale of badges will result in the revocation of that badge without refund.
You assume any and all risks occurring before, during, or after Knitting LIVE!. You release VK and the hotel and their agents, licensees, assignees, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims.
All Event attendees and guests are required to adhere to this Code of Conduct. The Knitting LIVE! badge or wristband, which is required for admittance to all Knitting LIVE! activities, is a revocable license. Knitting LIVE! or its designees may, without refund, revoke this license for noncompliance with these terms or for disorderly conduct.

Knitting LIVE! has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind. If a person engages in harassing behavior, Knitting LIVE! staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from Knitting LIVE! with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the convention. Exhibitors, attendees, speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, volunteers, and security are all subject to our anti-harassment policy and will be held to the same standards and disciplinary action.

Diversity Advisory Council Mission Statement

We are professionals in a creative industry that serves a creative audience. Creativity, at the core of what we do and the audience we service, flourishes best in an environment where diversity of thought and inclusion of all are priorities. For everyone to perform at their best, we need to recognize and address demographic, opportunity and social issues that can impede the creative process and create an environment where those priorities are apparent. The Diversity Advisory Council (DAC) at Vogue Knitting magazine has as its mission to ensure that all—regardless of race, gender, gender identity, sexuality, religion, age, ability or access needs—feel welcome, supported and recognized by our publications and at our events. We recognize that this is not a quick fix, but rather a journey to lasting change.
