Class Details:

Since Woolly published their Elemental collection in 2017, they’ve been developing their own approach to short-row colorwork, refining the details and methods and adapting its uses.

Woolly’s innovative methods have transformed a popular and emerging method into a new, fully fledged technique for knitters to explore. Their new book, Short-Row Colorwork Knitting: The Definitive Step-by-Step Guide is the first of its kind!

In this talk, Woolly will guide you through the technique, outlining its primary methods and uses, with reference to the chapters within the book so that you can read further in your own time. Woolly will walk you through how they developed this technique, what makes it so unique, and why it differs from existing colorwork methods. They will also bring the samples for each project in the book to show how each guest designer has used the motifs and techniques in unique and unusual ways, highlighting the versatility of this new technique.
