Is steeking on your knitting bucket list? Why would you knit something in the round to knit a flat object? How can you keep your cut knitting from falling apart? So many questions, and we have the answers! This coaster class is a gentle introduction to crocheted steek reinforcement. You’ll knit the homework, and we’ll reinforce, cut, and finish in class. Previous crochet experience not required. We’ll also explore hand sewn and needle felted reinforcements.
Technique Requirements: knit/purl; cast on/bind off; working in the round.
Knit your coasters according to the pattern [Ravelry link], and give them a light steam blocking before class. Use code VKL40 for 40% off the pattern.
