Class Details:
Whether you are creating an interesting shawl shape or want to add bust darts, short rows are your tool. Learn 4 ways to do short rows and know which will be the one that fits the project. We will talk about how to calculate the sequence of short rows and where to apply them.
Technique Requirements: basic knitting skills.
Homework:
CO 24 sts.
Rows 1 and 2: Sl1, knit to end.
Row 3 (WS): Sl1, purl to last st, k1.
Repeat rows 2 and 3 two more times. Do not bind off.
Supplies to Bring:
Homework swatches, worsted-weight yarn, stitch markers.
