Class Details:

In this class, aimed specifically at knitters who are learning to crochet, you’ll learn a few more basic crochet stitches, plus how to increase and decrease stitches, crochet into a ring, and change yarn colors, Then we’ll make a few different styles of granny squares—both traditional and modern—and you'll learn how to sew squares together. By the end of class, you’ll be able to create any of the many contemporary patterns that have been popping up lately, including afghans, bags, and sweaters, all based on the humble granny square.

Technique Requirements: Crochet 101 for knitters OR knowledge and comfort with the following crochet stitches: chain, single crochet, double crochet, slip stitch.
