Class Details:
This class is all about stitch patterns where both sides look the same. The main focus is on knit-purl patterns, how the patterns work, how to use charts versus written instructions, how to use lifelines, and how to track you work. You will have an opportunity to swatch several beautiful stitch patterns you can use for scarves, shawls, or blankets.
Homework:
None
Supplies to Bring:
Two balls of plain yarn in contrasting colors with appropriate needles. The yarn can be fingering, sport, DK, or worsted weight, but should be a solid color and a smooth texture. Bring several needle sizes so you can choose the best one for specific swatches.
