Class Details:

Tyrolean knitting is characterized by twisted-stitch travelling cables comprised of interwined one-stitch strands, creating a tight stitch and dense fabric with beautiful dimension and impressive texture. Using the Grey Skies Handwarmers from Kelbourne Woolens, students will learn the techniques of traditional Tyrolean knitting: twisted stitches, intricate cables, making bobbles, and decorating your finished work with embroidery.



Supplies for Class:

1 set US 3 (3.25 mm) dpns and 1 set US 4 (3.50 mm) dpns.

Materials Fee (to Be Paid Directly to the Teacher):
$20 kit for fingerless gloves includes one skein of Kelbourne Woolens Scout yarn in your choice of color, windings if Camper in a variety of colors to choose from, and a project bag.
