Class Details:
Who doesn’t love zig-zag patterns!? In this class we’ll learn about different zig-zag structures, the challenges of working with zig-zags, and swatch a couple of my favorites. You will be ready to cast on a scarf or shawl right after class.
Technique Requirements: cast on, bind off, knit, purl, increase and decrease without help and should be able to read their knitting

Supplies for Class:
Bring two balls of smooth, solid-color yarn in different colors. The yarn should be in a gauge you like to work and appropriate needles. Appropriate needles are usually US 2.5 (3 mm) or US3 (3.25 mm) for fingering, US4 (3.5 mm) for Sport, US6 (4 mm) for DK, and US 8 (5 mm) for worsted.
