Class Details:

All traditional methods of decreasing one stitch are not symmetrical. The same is true for the adding of one stitch, although two years ago I developed Twincrease, a totally symmetrical increase. Recently I solved another quest to find a decrease that is totally symmetrical, and also symmetrical to the Twincrease.

In this class we will examine three pairs of single increases and decreases. These new methods will be a very useful addition to the families of increases and decreases you already know, especially for the cases when symmetry is required.

Technique Requirements: knit/purl, increase/decrease

Homework:

None

Supplies for Class:

A ball of DK- or worsted-weight yarn, preferably in a light color; the needles to match the yarn.
