Do you want to design your own shawls? In this workshop, you'll learn the basic geometry of some common shawl shapes and how to customize these formulas to create your unique design. We'll knit three miniature shawls: top-down triangle, boomerang, and half-pi crescent. Time permitting, we'll explore additional shapes. Bring your ideas and stitch patterns for your own design!

Spend some time sketching some shawl ideas and gathering stitch patterns. This is optional, so don't feel pressured if you're not feeling inspired!

• US#8 24" circular needles
• Stitch markers
• Pen or pencil and paper
• Scissors
