What is the schedule over the 4 days of the event, February 9–12, 2023?
Classes will be held three times a day (9AM–12PM, 2PM–5PM, and 6PM–9PM) and lectures will be held twice a day (12:30–1:30 PM and 4:30PM–5:30PM). 

The Marketplace will be open the following hours:

Friday, February 10: 5:00 PM–8:00 PM
Saturday, February 11: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
Sunday, February 12: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Will I have to sign anything? 
We do a have a contract for you to sign to protect you and to protect us. Once you fill out the application and are approved, we will send a registration link where you will sign up, pay for your booth(s), and sign a contract. 

When can we move in?
Your move in date and time is dependent on the location of your booth. You will be notified of your booth location at a later date. 

Vendors located on the 5th floor can begin moving in at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 9
Vendors located on the 6th floor can begin moving in at 7:00 am on Friday, February 10

What is included with my booth purchase?

The following equipment and services are included in the cost of the main Exhibit Hall10'x10'  or 10'x5' booth:

8' high backwall and 8' high side drape (pipe & drape)
(1) booth ID sign
(1) waste basket

 

The following equipment and services are included in the cost of the prefunction 10'x5' booths and the 10'x8' prefunction booths:

3' high backwall and 3' high side drape (pipe & drape)
(1) booth ID sign
(1) waste basket
