Class Details:

Circles are a fascinating shape, with seemingly magical properties. In this class we’ll explore their unique structure and math, approaching their construction both vertically and sideways. Whether you wish to consider them in the shaping of a Hat crown, a shawl design, or even home décor items, this class will guide you through the numbers and gauge, and provide you with a range of example swatches to work through.

Technique Requirements: knit/purl, cast on/bind off, increase/decrease, working in the round, have knit a few accessories, basic finishing techniques, short rows

Supplies to Bring:

Several small balls of up to 50g and the appropriate sized straight needles and DPNs/circulars are required. Participants will also need a crochet hook, some waste yarn, and a tapestry/darning needle.
