Class Details:
You find the perfect yarn to make a pattern you love, only to get home and find out that the yarn is a different weight than the pattern specifies. Is there any way to use the yarn in the pattern anyway? In this sequel to her popular “Yarn Substitution Made Easy” class, Carol will walk you through three potential approaches to tweak the pattern to make the yarn work. This is NOT a class for beginner knitters: you must have either taken Carol’s Yarn Substitution Class or be intimately familiar with the concepts of gauge; how schematics work; the Craft Yarn Council’s Standard Yarn Weight System; and the basics of garment construction. If you do not understand these principles, you will be lost. (Seriously, folks.)
