Class Details:
So you got a hole in your beautiful hand-knit sweater. Now what? In this class, we will learn two types of darning: visible and invisible. You can apply these techniques to any knitted project, from socks to sweaters.
Homework:
Using US7 needles and smooth worsted weight yarn, cast on 50 stitches. Work in stockinette until your swatch measures 6" from cast on. Bind off. Please note we WILL be cutting holes in this swatch!
Supplies for Class:

- your swatch
- a darning needle (I recommend metal)
- sharp scissors,
- 2 colors of a small amount of scrap yarn in DK or worsted weight
- US7 double-pointed needles
- small amount of reinforcing thread or thick sewing thread
