Class Details:
Plants are so versatile! They provide our food, clothing, medicine, and natural dyes. In this class, we’ll begin by preparing dye baths from some of the herbs that we will be discussing. Our wooly mini-skeins will simmer in the dyes while we learn about the edible, medicinal, and dye using our plant allies. Samples will be tasted and you will go home with herbal monographs, recipes, and dyed mini-skeins. *Please note that this is not a ‘how to dye’ class. We will spend the majority of our time discussing and sampling the plants.
