Did you know that you can incorporate short rows in crochet? While traditionally used to shape knit garments, adding short rows in crochet can elevate your sweater and fit you a whole lot better. We will talk about why we work short rows, and how it helps get you a better fit. We will then go over the 2 different types of short rows, at the collar and at the back. You will leave with 2 patterns for constructing baby yokes that include short rows. Participants can choose to work on these during class or to work on them later.
Technique Requirements: increase/decrease, working in the round, have crocheted a whole garment, have crocheted a few accessories, experience with top-down garment construction, advanced crochet
Work the second baby yoke, pattern will be given with handout. This will allow us to do the short rows live in class.
