This class is geared toward anyone who loves knitting and crocheting so much that it hurts. Literally! We will focus on several ways to reduce exposure to injuries with the goal of prolonging our crafting time. The main topics will consist of proper ergonomics including posture, needle/hook selection and way you hold it, as well as stretching techniques and craft-specific strengthening exercises which can help prevent overuse injuries.
Please bring a small scrap swatch of 20 stitches and 10 rows with any yarn/needle of your choice. Pen and paper.
