Class Details:

Look at knitting a bit differently by exploring different textures created by brioche techniques! In this class, we will dive into several distinct stitch patterns using one-, two-, and even three-color brioche knitting. Together we will look at color choices, then cast on a swatch to practice these new stitches. Consider this a special workshop to broaden your brioche horizons!

Technique Requirements: knit/purl, cast on/bind off, basic brioche knowledge

Homework:

None

Supplies for Class:

3 skeins of fingering / sock weight yarn in different tones (leftovers are fine, at least 100 yards / 91 m in light, medium and dark; I highly suggest solid or semi-solid yarn). 24” / 61 cm or longer US 4 or 5 / 3.5 or 3.75mm circular needles (interchangeables are fine). An open mind.
