You’ve spent some time getting acquainted your machine, knitting simple swatches and casting on and off. Now what? This class picks up where “Getting Started with Machine Knitting” left off. Building on the foundation of the previous class, we’ll explore the technique of creating stripes, address common issues that can arise and learn more about the machine’s carriage as we go. Using my Brother KH890 for demos, we’ll go step-by-step through the following topics and answer any questions you have along the way:
• Knitting with multiple yarns to create stripes
• Handling jams and tangles
• Fixing dropped stitches
• Learning more about the various buttons on the carriage
