Class Details:

From haute fashion runways to bestselling Ravelry patterns, mosaic technique is extremely hot right now. In this hands-on two-hour workshop, learn how to use this simple slip stitch method to create bold, contemporary fabrics.

Homework:

2 pieces as follows:
#1: With smooth, light-colored worsted weight yarn and size US 7 or 8 knitting needles, cast on 20 stitches. Knit two rows (garter stitch). Slip stitches onto a holder with the yarn attached.
#2: With smooth, dark-colored (not black, please) worsted weight yarn and size US 7 or 8 knitting needles, cast on 19 stitches. Knit two rows (garter stitch). Slip stitches onto a holder with the yarn attached.

Supplies for Class:

Have your handout printed and ready to go; solid cream or white-worsted weight yarn; two homework pieces with the yarn still attached; size US 7 or 8 knitting needles; sticky notes.
