Tunisian crochet is growing in popularity among crocheters and knitters both. It may feel like a bit much though, having to purchase an entirely new set of tools before even knowing if you’ll enjoy it. Introducing: Tunisian crochet lace with a regular hook!
You will create a stunning, lace square using Tunisian crochet stitches and a good ol’ regular hook. Make sure to choose a hook that does not have an ergonomic handle. With the techniques you learn, you will be equipped to reproduce the beautiful Ocean Geometry scarf, included with the class.
Technique Requirements: Knowledge of standard crochet will be helpful (basic crochet stitches: chain, single crochet, half-double crochet, double crochet, slip stitch, working in rows, working in rounds, increasing, decreasing, reading patterns).
